(QNO) - The first A Rieu chili festival in Dong Giang district in 2024 concluded on the afternoon of August 16, after two days of festivities.
The festival was held at Dong Giang Heaven Gate Ecotourism Area (Dong Giang district, Quang Nam province) and featured seven booths displaying OCOP products, local agricultural and forestry products.
Among these, six booths displayed representative products from various communes and towns, while one booth was dedicated to products from local production facilities, cooperatives, and businesses in Dong Giang district.
Mr. Dinh Van Bao noted that the festival is a chance to connect production with consumption, boost trade relations, and help businesses and producers finalize sales contracts.
It also highlights the local government's commitment to achieving economic and social development goals.
The event attracted over 12,000 visitors for sightseeing, shopping, and competitions.
At the end of the festival, the organizers awarded the first prize to Prao Town, the second prize to Ta Lu Commune, and the third prize to Ma Cooih Commune.
