Speaking at the online meeting with Vietnam’s localities which Covid-19 are effecting on August 12, Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Xuan Phuc highly appreciated the efforts of Quang Nam province in the fight against Covid-19.
As of August 12, Quang Nam reported 82 Covid-19 cases. 5 among them have been cured. Recently, nearly 5,500 Covid-19 monitoring groups and 6 rapid response teams have been founded in Quang Nam to combat Covid-19.
At present, Quang Nam is coordinating with medical agencies nationwide to increase the testing capacity of Covid-19 to at least 6,000 samples/day, mainly F1 and F2 cases, people in lockdown and quarantine areas.
