Besides the cultural activities, the introduction of the new tourism products is considered the focus activity of Dien Ban District during the festival. Dien Ban Museum with the thousands of new objects, especially the collection of 500 antique lamps, will firstly open to visitors. Vinahouse space is also ready for the exhibition of the ancient houses from the North, the Central and the South of Vietnam, the traditional craft sector and the food court where My Quang (Quang noodle ) and Be thu Cau Mong (barbeque Cau Mong veal) will be announced “the Asian and Vietnam national record for specialty”.

On this occasion, the Triem Tay eco-tourism village (Triem Tay Village, Dien Phuong Commune) invested by architect Bui Kien Quoc , Director of Hoi An Craft Village Conservation and Development Company, Ltd. will be officially opened (on 24th June). The village covers 13,447m2 on a large sand dune in the river with 147 households.

In this tourist village, there are 20 living rooms for visitors, 3 swimming pools and one products displaying house. Each living room’s area is more than 16m2 (3.6m x 4.8m) with bamboo frame, thatched roof, wooden walls and trap-doors. This architecture is convenient in both light and temperature readjustment according to Vietnamese house building style. Beside, the transportation infrastructure and tourist services such as boats for picking up the tourists, houses for enjoying the river landscape…were basically completed and be ready to welcome visitors. With this rural community-based tourism model, the Triem Tay garden houses zone will create a lively and strange tourism product in this festival and bring a new opportunity to develop  cultural and ecological tourism for Dien Ban district.
