Memorandum of Understanding on investment between Tam Ky and Seba Inc.

(QNO) - Seba Incorporation has just decided to invest into a factory manufacturing electronic vacuum pump parking motors in Thuan Yen Industrial Zone (Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province). A Memorandum of Understanding on investment between Tam Ky and Seba company was signed on November 11th.

Accordingly, there is an agreement of the land rental in Thuan Yen Industrial Zone within 50 years, investment procedure for building  a 20,000m2 factory with a total investment capital of 50 million USD. This factory coming into operation will create hundreds of job opportunities for local residents.

Seba Inc. specializes in producing large-sized automobile equipment. Its official headquarter locates in Gumi city, Gyeongsangbuk province ( South Korea).
