(QNO) - On the evening of January 14, 2025, a delegation from Kaleum (Sekong, Laos), led by District Chief Orbuala Onmalayvong, offered Lunar New Year greetings to Tay Giang (Quang Nam, Vietnam).
On behalf of the Kaleum delegation, District Chief Orbuala Onmalayvong thanked Tay Giang for the warm reception and extended heartfelt New Year wishes to the government and people in Tay Giang district.
The strong friendship and cooperation between Kaleum and Tay Giang have continuously been growing.
Two parties pay annual mutual visits, make joint efforts in socio-economic development, and collaborate on border security and defence. In 2025, both districts plan to hold their annual coordination meeting to deepen and enhance their partnership.
Tay Giang Party Secretary Bhling Mia thanked the delegation from Kaleum for their visit and New Year wishes, sharing updates on Tay Giang's achievements in 2024.
On this occasion, Kaleum leaders gave Lunar New Year gifts to Tay Giang.
