(QNO) - After a working week in Tam Ky city (Quang Nam province), the delegation from Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) led by Deputy Director of KOICA Office in Vietnam Yang Kyo Mo talked about the supported project on Tam Ky smart city on September 27.
Accordingly, KOICA will offer a non-refundable aid worth 9 million USD and help the city in training human resource for the project.
