(QNO) - On 8 September 2014 , the delegation of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) led by Mr Yasuzumi, Chief of the JETRO office in Ho Chi Minh city, visited Quang Nam province.
In the meeting with the Janpanese delegation, Mr Dinh Van Thu, Vice chairman of the the Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee, recognised the efforts of the two sides in boosting the cooperation relationship. Mr Dinh Van Thu expected that with the help of the JETRO, Quang Nam province will have many favourable opportunity to introduce and promote Quang Nam’s investment information to Japanese investors, particularly in vehicles production supporting Industry.
According to Mr Yasuzumi, the aim of his visit is to increase the cooperation, survey Quang Nam’s industrial zones, investment environment and support investment attraction from Japanese enterprises. At present, there have been about 500 Japanese enterprise doing business in Vietnam. The medium and small enterprises (SMEs) of Japan have looked for opportunities to invest into Vietnam market. JETRO will supply necessary updated information of Quang Nam province to Japanese enterprises for investment promotion.
