Quang Nam province has attracted 73 investment projects in tourism with a total investment of nearly 123 trillion VND and more than 107 million USD until December 2020.
Among them are 66 domestic projects and 7 foreign projects.
In recent years, the transport infrastructure for tourism development has been built and upgraded, including Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressway and Truong Son Dong (Eastern Truong Son) road connecting Quang Nam and neighbouring provinces, Hoi An-Tam Ky road connecting the areas in Quang Nam’s eastern region.
Besides, the key projects such as the complex of The Vietnam's Heroic Mother Statue, Cua Dai bridge and the coastal route connecting Da Nang - Quang Nam - Quang Ngai coming into operation have opened up great opportunities to attract tourism investment in Quang Nam, especially high-end resorts and entertainment along the coastal line.
In addition, some major projects to attract foreign tourists are being upgraded and built such as Chu Lai international airport; Ky Ha wharf, Nam Giang - Dac Ta Ooc border gate.
