(QNO) – An investment cooperation agreement on a hospitality project in Quang Nam was signed between Thien Minh Group (TMG) and TUI Group (Germany) on June 22.

According to TMG, the rapid growth of international visitors to Vietnam in 2016 (an increase of 26% compared to 2015) brought great potentials to the hospitality market in Vietnam. Luxury hotels are predicted to expand widely to every destination of Vietnam.
The construction of the project starts right in 2017. In the first phase, the hotel of 300 rooms will be added to the list of luxury hotels in Quang Nam, diversifying tourists’ choice of resorts, high-level services in the combination of cultural exploration in Quang Nam and Central Vietnam. The success of the project is believed not just to bring benefits to the entrepreneurs but contribute to the sustainable tourism development in Quang Nam and Vietnam.

TMG, founded in 1994, is one of the leading travel and hospitality groups in Asia. The group has developed from a boutique adventure tour operator into the largest privately owned travel and hospitality group in Vietnam with three main business lines, travel (providing tours and transportation services under the brand Buffalo Tours, and operating seaplanes services under the brand Hai Au Aviation); Hospitality (owning and operating Victoria Hotels and Resorts, ÊMM Hotels and Resorts, Emeraude and L’azalee Cruises, Spice Viet restaurant chain), and Online Travel Agency (iVIVU.com). There are over 200,000 people using TMG’s hospitality services annually.
These two groups have had a meeting with Chairman of the Quang Nam provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Thu to promote the rapid implementation of the project.
