(QNO) - Representatives of the tourism agencies from six countries in the Greater Mekong Subregion and international reporters visited and experienced the life of the Co Tu people in Ta Bhing commune, Nam Giang district, Quang Nam province.
The delegation experienced the daily life activities of the Co Tu people such as pounding rice, splitting wood, making baskets, enjoying traditional dishes such as rice cooked in bamboo tubes and buffalo croissant, learning how to shoot crossbows and to make traps to catch mice and squirrels in the forest, visiting Za Ra weaving village, contemplating artisans weaving brocade, tan tung da da dancing…
It was an opportunity for the mountainous district of Nam Giang to introduce and promote the image and culture of the community to domestic and international friends.
