Improving the quality of water in Chua Cau

(QNO) - The project of water quality improvement in Chua Cau (Japanese Bridge) in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province will be put into operation at the beginning of November of this year. This project with the investment capital of VND 260 billion from the Japanese Government’s non-refundable aid and the State budget’s reciprocal capital started nearly two years ago.

The project applies advanced energy-saving water treatment technology. It improves the quality of water in this area, contributing to the improvement of the environment, landscape, enhancement of the relic values and processing running water for more than 1,000 local households of Thanh Ha, Cam Ha, Tan An, Cam Pho and Minh An.

In 2017, Hoi An city was recognized as one of the top 25 destinations in the world by the TripAdvisor travel website. Recently, the UNESCO heritage Hoi An ancient town has been rated one of the most wonderful cities in Asia by readers of the Travelandleisure (part of the Travel & Leisure Group).
