The Hoi An design centre under the Green Annamites project was formed at 9 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hoi An city.
The centre is of the sub-project on improving ethnic minorities’ livelihood through rattan and bamboo products and medicinal herbs to preserve biodiversity in Quang Nam. It is a place to introduce ethnic groups’ handicrafts to the public.
The Green Annamites project under the US Agency for International Development and the Vietnam Handiraft Exporters Association has helped the local residents in Dong Giang, Tay Giang, Nam Giang with rattan areas and vocational training since September 2019.
