Hoi An bread is considered as the most delicious bread in the world. Probably, the sauce makes An Hoi bread different from the other one. This sauce is moreish and appetizing.

It is a rustic dish. Wonderful and delicious sweet corn soup is made of the yellow, soft, sweet corn grown in Cam Nam, Hoi An city.

This food consists of two parts: cake from rice and stuffing from meat and shrimps. It is steamed in small bowls. Bánh bèo is eaten with fish sauce.

Cao Lầu is a regional Vietnamese dish made of noodles, pork, and fresh vegetables. It is characteristic of the town of Hoi An. Especially, it made from local new sticky rice.

White rose cakes resemble the delicate white rorses displayed on a platter. Each dumpling is made by wrapping shrimp or pork filling in flattened rice dough before cooking it in a steamer.

Each restaurant will give you a different taste, from cooked rice, boiled meat to vegetables or sauce of chicken rice.

It is made very thin. Baked papers are the steamed ones dried under the sun and baked in the charcoal-burners. Mussels are fried without water after being hard-boiled. Enjoying Bánh Đập and fried mussels together is so delicious that people will never forget its moreish flavour.

Coming to Hoi An, you should not ignore the wonton soup. The wonton soup has a crust made of wheat flour. Its core consists of pork ingredients, shrimp, wood ear mushroom, small spring onions... You can choose to enjoy wonton soup or fried wonton. Each processing method brings its own taste.
