(QNO) - The programme Hoi An Cultural Days in Paris took place in the centre for Vietnamese culture on August 28 - 29.

Exhibition of Hoi An culture at the event

The event was aimed at celebrating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations and 10 years of strategic partnerships between Vietnam and France.

Through the event, Hoi An introduced information and pictures of local tourism, history, cultural identities, tourist attractions, Hoi An land and people.

Traditional performance art at the event

Besides, there were several items of performance art at the event, including a harmony of traditional musical instruments, folk singing, Bai Choi performance art, and a fashion show of ancient Hoi An costumes.

The event was one of the activities Hoi An organised to join UNESCO's global creative cities network.
