(QNO) - A delegation of Hoi An city took part in the 18th Sachsen Anhalt state Festival held in Wernigerode city (Germany) last month.
“Wernigerode and Hoi An have been twinned cities since July 2014. In our recent mission to Germany, the leaders of two cities talked and decided to carry out some social and cultural cooperation in coming time,” said Mr Truong Van Bay, Vice chairman of the Peoples’ Committee of Hoi An city.
Accordingly, Wernigerode city will help Hoi An to build a park under Harz sample, organise training courses of sample creation and staff nurses for Hoi An’s artisans and residents. The both sides will also exchange the experiences in heritage reservation and management.
