(QNO) - In a list of the 44 most beautiful destinations in the world published by Time Out magazine in early April, Vietnam had two representatives: Hoi An and Ha Giang.
In early April, Time Out announced its list of the world’s most beautiful destinations, based on votes from the magazine’s global network of travel-loving writers. The list is continuously updated to bring readers fresh and inspiring locations.
Hoi An appeared at the end of Time Out’s list of the world’s most beautiful destinations. Describing the destination, the magazine noted the silk lanterns swaying outside restaurants, which highlighted the golden walls of the old town.
Grace, a visitor to Hoi An, shared her personal experience of the town, saying that life there moved like molasses - slow and sweet. She recalled spending her mornings sipping coconut coffee in quaint cafes and biking past rice fields with herds of buffaloes.
Grace now visits the town for a few months each year, enjoying lantern-lit boats drifting along the Thu Bon River, cycling through the ancient streets before the crowds arrive at night, and relaxing on one of Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches.
