(QNO) - The Central Hi-tech Mushroom Cooperative located in Tho Tan hamlet (Tam Ngoc commune, Tam Ky city) is managed by Huynh Van Phong.
The cooperative is home to high-quality mushroom products, provincial 3-star OCOP products.
Huynh Van Phong was born and grew up in Tam Quang commune (Nui Thanh district). He was assigned to be Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Central Hi-tech Mushroom Cooperative in March 2020.
The cooperative has been equipped with modern facilities and machines that meet the need of hi-tech mushroom cultivation.
The cooperative has carried out some projects on mushroom cultivation and processing, creating high-quality products under Cenmush brand.
It is a Vietnamese brand that meets VietGAP standards, trying to reach GlobalGAP ones.
The Central Hi-tech Mushroom Cooperative was founded in October 2019. It produces fresh and dried oyster mushroom, Vietnamese red reishi mushroom, Japanese reishi mushroom, reishi mushroom tea, reishi mushroom wine, reishi mushroom jelly, etc.
Besides, the cooperative has helped consume mushrooms produced by over 50 households in Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and Da Nang.
Its mushroom farm has been expanded by over 700sqm with an output of over 30 tons and VND1.3 billion of revenue.
Cenmush products are sold at BigC Go supermarkets, clean and healthy food supermarkets in Da Nang, Ha Noi, Vung Tau, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh city.
They were displayed at the conference on tourism in Quang Nam at the end of 2020, at the exhibition of QNB and OCOP products in Ho Chi Minh city, at the tourism product display in Phu Quoc (Kien Giang).
In particular, the cooperative's dried reishi mushroom was recognized as a 3-star OCOP product by the Provincial People's Committee. The Central Hi-tech Mushroom Cooperative is now trying cultivating green reishi.
