Further education class on Vietnamese language for Laotian opened

(QNO) - On 3 March, a further education class on Vietnamese for communication for 20 officials from Sekong province (Laos) was opened by Quang Nam Department of Interior and Quang Nam University.

This class is one of the annual activities under the reporting framework signed between Quang Nam and Sekong provinces to train communicative Vietnamese for trainees who work for governmental departments of Sekong provinces. All trainees will stay at Quang Nam University and study Vietnamese for 3 months. The Quang Nam province will fund all costs for the training, including medical insurance over the studying period. So far, 201 Laotian students have studied Vietnamese language and  other specific faculties at Quang Nam University.
