(QNO) - A delegation from Pyeongtaek city (Gyeonggi province, South Korea) led by Mayor Jung Jang Seon had a working visit to Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province on November 20.
Tam Ky and Pyeongtaek established friendly and cooperative relations in February 2022.
Over the past 2 years, the two sides have coordinated and supported each other in the fields of agriculture and social security.
At the meeting, leaders of Tam Ky and Pyeongtaek discussed the issue of sending workers from Tam Ky city to Pyeongtaek. Tam Ky leaders anticipated Pyeongtaek would keep providing medical supplies and youth education support.
The leader of Tam Ky city also sent an invitation to the leaders of Pyeongtaek city to attend sports and cultural events taking place in 2025 in Tam Ky, such as the Tam Ky marathon, sea tourism week, and activities to further strengthen the friendly and cooperative relations between the two localities.
