Riyad (VNA) – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highlighted the significance of the first-ever Summit between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held in Saudi Arabia’s capital city of Riyadh on October 20, saying that it marked a historical milestone.
