(QNO) - Thaco’s recent launch of 8 new-generation products of KIA contributes to the automotive market revival in Vietnam.
Thaco’s new KIA line-up includes sedans, small SUVs and 7-seat SUVs, hybrid and all-electric cars that are expected to meet customers’ diverse needs.
The launch of the new cars in the complicated context of Covid-19 shows the internal force of the leading car manufacturer in Vietnam, creating prosperity for the Vietnamese automotive market.
At the same time, the event showed Thaco’s commitment to Kia and customers.
In July 2020, the first new-generation SUV- Kia Seltos was launched and soon became popular with customers. It is an evidence of Thaco’s effort to overcome difficulties in the context of Covid-19.
It can be said that the effectiveness of Covid-19 prevention and control in combination with its production and management capacities has kept Thaco’s production alive during the epidemic.
Besides, the success of Thaco has recognised the contribution of its subsidiary- THILOGI, which is responsible for its logistics.
Along with providing cars for the local market, Thaco exports vehicles and spare parts.
In July 2021, Thaco won an export contract of 6,050 semi-trailers to the US. It is also planned to export 28 hundred cars in 2021.
According to Quang Nam leaders, Thaco has made a big contribution to the provincial economic growth. Quang Nam promises to facilitate Thaco’s operation and development.
