(QNO) - Dong Giang Heaven Gate Spring Festival will take place in the ecotourism site Dong Giang Heaven Gate from the 10th to the 12th of March.
Dong Giang Heaven Gate is located in Ma Cooih commune of Dong Giang district (Quang Nam province).
The Spring Festival is expected to become an event attracting more visitors and tourists to Dong Giang Heaven Gate.
It also marks the return of exciting festivals in the highlands of Quang Nam province after the Covid-19 pandemic, contributing to the promotion of indigenous cultures of ethnic minorities in the Western region of Quang Nam province to local and foreign visitors.
The Dong Giang Heaven Gate Spring Festival 2023 is expected to receive about five thousand visitors and tourists.

Besides, there are many other interesting activities at the festival such as cultural exchanges, folk games and traditional sports, floating flower garlands and coloured lanterns, experiencing Co Tu cultural activities, including wicker and brocade weaving - another national intangible cultural heritage of Co Tu people, making croissants.
Furthermore, participating in the Dong Giang Heaven Gate Spring Festival, visitors can enjoy local specialities and products.
To go to Dong Giang Heaven Gate eco-tourism site, visitors may take the National Highway 14G to Prao town of Dong Giang strict; then continue on Ho Chi Minh Street to A So village of Ma Cooih commune; next go along the DT609 route to the tourist site.
Visitors from Hoi An, Dien Ban, or Da Nang may also take the DT609 through An Diem (Dai Loc district) and Ka Dang commune (Dong Giang district) to the tourist site.
