ILV is a foreign non-governmental organization in social welfare and education support. ILV has worked in Quang Nam through the annual scholarship program for 100 students since 2005. Besides, its project on the Educational Welfare Complex started in 2013 with a total capital of 4.5 million USD. The project will last till 2020. In addition, ILV has mobilized Korean organizations to support the Sponsoring Association for the Disabled, Children’s Right and Poor Patients with surgical projects for patients with congenital heart, cleft palate...
At the meeting, Vice Chairman Tan thanked ILV and appreciated their projects because these projects have contributed to improving the quality of disadvantaged children’s life, improving the poor’s health in Quang Nam.
