CIZIDCO, a state-owned enterprise in Quang Nam, manages 800 hectares across three major industrial parks (IPs): Bac Chu Lai, Tam Thang, and the expanded Tam Thang. The company attracts investments in machinery, electronics, textiles (excluding dyeing), wood processing, construction materials, and food and beverage production.

CIZIDCO has attracted 56 projects, including VND 4,805.6 billion and USD 958.6 million of local and FDI projects respectively. Bac Chu Lai IP (361.4 ha) hosts 32 projects, creating nearly 5,500 jobs. Tam Thang IP (197 ha) has 24 projects with a 71.7% occupancy rate. The expanded Tam Thang IP (242 ha) is rapidly developing infrastructure to hand over land to investors.

CIZIDCO is gradually developing its industrial parks toward green and environmentally friendly practices, aligning with Quang Nam’s sustainable development plans.

In particular, Tam Thang IP is the country’s first water reuse project, recycling treated wastewater for production needs. Tam Thang IP earned recognition as an exemplary industrial park in 2022 and 2023. CIZIDCO was also named among the top 100 sustainable and green businesses.
