Certificate of Goodwill Ambassador to a Japanese singer

(QNO) - On the occasion of the Vietnam Festival 2018 in Japan last week, Japanese singer Ueno Yuuka was given the Goodwill Ambassador certificate by the Hoi An city People’s Committee, Quang Nam province.

Ueno Yuuka is a young and famous singer. Working as a “One Day Travel Ambassador” at the 15th Hoi An – Japan Cultural Exchange Festival 2017, she made a good impression to tourists and Hoianians at the opening ceremony with the song “A peaceful place” in the Ao Dai- Vietnamese traditional clothing.

Appointed as Goodwill Ambassador this year, Ueno Yuuka hoped to become a goodwill bridge between Japan and Hoi An city in particular, and Japan and Vietnam in general.

The Vietnam Festival in Japan is a great opportunity for Hoi An to introduce the land, people, culture and tourism of the city to Japan.
