(QNO) - In a cosy natural space of Bong Farm, there is a free English club for learners of all ages.
Since its foundation over a year ago, Bong Farm English Club has become a place for language practice with international volunteers and a bridge connecting the foreigners with Hoi An.
It provides free English classes for both children and adults in Hoi An. It is in the vibrant atmosphere of Bong Farm English Club that everyone can have the joy of learning English and singing cheerful songs in English.
Brooke Nolan, an English volunteer teacher at Bong Farm English Club, said that she agreed to be an English teacher at the club because she loved teaching and the feeling of a novel and distinct experience.
Moreover, Nolan loves Vietnam, especially Hoi An. Working at Bong Farm English Club, she witnesses the club's incredible and significant achievements, so Nolan is planning to stay in Hoi An longer since she loves the volunteer job there.
Bong Farm, originally a Vietnamese restaurant, now serves as an English club on weekends.
The club, run by seven primary teachers and passionate volunteers, not only assists kids in expanding their knowledge but also acts as a link between foreigners and the local community.
