(QNO) - A team of blue shippers was formed by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thanh Ha ward (Hoi An city, Quang Nam province) to help the local residents go to the market during the time of social distancing in Hoi An city.
The team consists of 27 members divided into 3 groups. Each group helps the households in two quarters.
When someone needs their help, he/she phones them at the Office of the Youth Union of Thanh Ha ward before 10 a.m. every day.
Then, the groups of youths go to the market, buying goods and delivering to their homes.
From July 31 to August 3, the team of blue shippers received and fulfilled 63 orders, mainly meat, vegetables, fish and milk. All shippers are required strictly to follow the regulations on epidemic prevention.
