To achieve these objectives, the province will strengthen prevention and early warning systems for environmental risks while enhancing the monitoring of fisheries activities.

Conservation efforts will also be prioritized to protect and restore critical ecosystems, aligning local initiatives with national plans aimed at preserving aquatic habitats and endangered species.

Furthermore, Quang Nam will ensure that 100% of fisheries officials and 80% of fisheries businesses are trained in sustainable practices, while 30-50% of fishermen and aquaculture households will also receive education on environmentally friendly methods.

The province will also focus on building climate resilience, aiming for an annual 8% increase in sustainable aquaculture areas.

Additionally, the promotion of green practices and circular economy models within the fisheries sector will contribute to a more sustainable future.
