New York (VNA) – Party General Secretary and State President To Lam attended a seminar on enhancing Vietnam-US cooperation in the development of the semiconductor and artificial intelligence (AI) industries in New York on September 22 as part of his attendance at the High-level Week of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly and working trip to the US.
