More than 150m-An Bang beach (Hoi An city, Quang Nam province) was full of international visitors who took part in the festival on July 18.
Johnny, a tourist from England, said he had just come to Hoi An from Ho Chi Minh City in that morning with his girlfriend. He thought the atmosphere of the festival was very great while his girlfriend - Helen felt very excited.
People coming to the festival enjoyed food and danced. There were about 3,000 tourists participating in the festival. Most of them were Europeans, who are living and working in Vietnam.
According to Mr. Le Ngoc Thuan - Chairman of the Quang Nam Chefs Association, owner of Deck House restaurant, who initiated and organized the festival, although it was the first time the festival took place, he was not surprised at the tourists’ support.
In addition, most visitors were satisfied when attending this lively festival and hoped the festival to be held at weekends.
While many parts of the world are still in social distancing, a vibrant festival at An Bang beach was a powerful demonstration of a safe destination and the success of Vietnam in the prevention of Covid-19 epidemic.
Many foreign guests brought their families to the festival. An Bang became a space for them to eat and drink together, share beautiful images with relatives and friends all over the world.
