A meeting with South Korean investors

(QNO) - On December 16, at Chu Lai- Truong Hai Complex, Mr. Le Tri Thanh- Vice Chairman of Quang Nam People’s Committee, met over 150 South Korean investors, organizations, associations and enterprises having invested in the province.

Meeting overview.

At the meeting, Quang Nam introduced the provincial potentials and strengths including its strategic location, synchronous infrastructure, the development of industrial zones and clusters, good living environment, well- trained labor forces, preferential policies and prior investment fields.

Investors learn about investment fields and policies.

Most of investors were concerned with tax preferences, infrastructure, investment cooperation into Chu Lai, and chances of investment expansion in manufacturing automobile and mobile phone components. Mr. Thanh stated that Quang Nam always welcomed South Korean investors. Local authorities would create favorable conditions for South Korean businesses to cooperate, seek investment opportunities and  run effectively.

On the same day, the investors visited the factories in Chu Lai- Truong Hai Complex and surveyed the potential places for investment in the near future.
