(QNO) - A cooperative agreement has just been signed by the Hoi An city People’s Committee and the Korea Fisheries Resources Agency (Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries of South Korea).
Accordingly, two sides will exchange the cooperative programmes of researches, science and technology applications, education and training in such fields as management and sustainable use of marine resources, strengthening aquatic resources, producing and breeding more marine resources, attaching these resources to the local resident’s livelihood and other fields. Reportedly, after one year of surveying Cham island World Biosphere Reserve, the group of South Korean consultants and the communal corresponding members will plan support projects of restoration and reproduction of these aquatic resources.
The duration of this cooperation is 5 years.
