(QNO) - On December 4th, Vietnam Record Organization awarded the record “the longest time of a hired water carrying man in Vietnam” to Mr. Nguyen Duong, 82 years old, living in Minh An ward, Hoi An city (Quang Nam province).

Mr. Duong is considered as “City’s soul keeping man”. He has devoted his life to carry water from Ba Le old well (at lane 30 of Phan Chu Trinh street, Hoi An city) to restaurants, hotels, families…for his wife’s and his 50 year-old mentally ill son’s living.
