(QNO) - The economy is gradually recovered in Quang Nam thanks to its success in the Covid-19 epidemic control and prevention.
Reportedly, Quang Nam has been successful in controlling and preventing the Covid-19 epidemic, which helps the provincial economic recovery.
There have been an increase of industrial production index, commercial and service activities, agricultural productivity and output, and livestock production except challenges to travel industry.
The October’s outstanding achievements consist of an increase of 11% of industrial production, 10,6% of retail sales, and 42.6% of guests staying in the province compared to the previous month.
In the first 10 months of this year, the industrial production index increased by 5% over the same period; the total retail sales were up 0.8%.
The provincial travel and tourism industries are planning to receive visitors to Quang Nam in the new normal.
In addition, Quang Nam has licensed 6 FDI projects with a total registered capital of USD 14.7 million, and 31 local projects with VND 5,064 billion.
