288 Lao students, including 179 students from Sekong and 109 others from Champasak, immigrated into Vietnam through Nam Giang border gate of Quang Nam province on July 17.
All Lao students were given detailed instructions on what to do when immigrating into Vietnam; especially, they were medically checked and have to spend time in quarantine under regulations.
All these students were received for quarantine by the Quang Nam Centre for National Defence and Security Education in Tam Phu commune, Tam Ky city on the afternoon of the same day.
